.. when the Rossoneri face the Bianconeri next season, as the latter officially completed the signing of Christian Poulsen. The Danish international is infamous in Italy after getting spit at by Totti, and taunted by Gattuso, in Euro 2004, and a CL encounter, respectively.
Alessio, over at the Juventus blog, posted a video of the battle that occurred between Kaká and Poulsen when Milan faced Schalke in 2005. Credit to Poulsen for his great, yet sometimes dirty, marking of Kaká, but the Brazilian star ended the game with 2 goals. Poulsen, on the other hand, also impressed with 1 goal and 1 assist. And the battle begins:
After the game, Kaká had this to say about his marker:
Poulsen provokes. Today was a fine game, but Poulsen doesn’t want to play football. He only
wants to provoke. However we must learn to also play against opponents like Poulsen.
