Up next, Cagliari..
By: Moka | October 4th, 2008For some reason, I clearly remember when Milan played Cagliari last season, towards the end. The match ended 3-1 for Milan, and the duo of Kaká-Pippo played brilliantly. Here are the highlights:
Let’s hope for a repeat! This time, with Sheva instead of Pippo. Reports are suggesting Ancelotti is going to stick with the 4-3-2-1 formation; Kaká and Seedorf behind a lone striker, possibly Shevchenko, but nothing is for certain, which is an indicator of the amount of depth in the squad. Personally, since Cagliari is a rather weak team (0 pts in 4 games), I think Ancelotti should start with 2 strikers behind Kaká. That way, they should be able to score a goal or two before the half, and defensive changes can be made, to ensure 3 points.
